My stay at The View Campground in Monument Valley was a mixed bag. The views were amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset, which made the experience worthwhile. However, the lack of amenities, like paved roads and proper hookups, left me wanting more. Considering the price I paid, I expected better accommodations and service.

I had a mixed experience at The View Campground. The location offers amazing views, especially from the front row cabins, but I faced some issues with cleanliness and the presence of flies in my accommodation. Overall, the stunning scenery made it a nice stay, but there are some improvements needed.

The cabin layout was great with comfortable bunks, a nice main room, and a lovely en-suite. However, I dealt with an incredibly high number of flies, which was very distracting.

My stay in a cabin at The View Campground was absolutely good. The stunning views of Monument Valley, especially at sunrise, exceeded all my expectations. The cabin was cozy and clean, though the kitchen amenities were limited. Unfortunately, I had hoped to stargaze, but clouds got in the way. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return.

The cabin was gorgeous and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable double bed, bunk beds, and a nice small kitchen area. The views from the cabin were amazing, making it hard to leave. I loved the wall of windows that let me soak in the scenery even from inside.
Service

Check-in was a bit confusing since I had to go to a separate area for the cabins, but the staff was friendly. I enjoyed a nice continental breakfast at the hotel, even though it was a bit crowded. I appreciated the attention to water conservation, which showcased the local efforts.
Location

The location was perfect for viewing both the sunrise and sunset, with easy access to stunning landscapes. Being on the edge of Monument Valley made it feel immersive, and I loved being surrounded by such natural beauty. Plus, I could easily access tours from the nearby parking area.
Dining

Breakfast at the hotel provided a good start to my day, although it was quite busy and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I found the food decent, especially enjoyed the pancakes, even though I had to drive a few minutes to get it.
Facilities

The cabin had basic kitchen facilities, which were adequate for our needs. However, I did wish for more kitchen items like plates and utensils—you might want to bring your own. The cabin itself was clean and cutely decorated, adding to the charm of my stay.

I had a mixed experience at The View Campground. While the views were amazing, I encountered significant issues with management and the camping setup. The cabin I stayed in was quaint and clean, but it lacked comfortable bedding. Overall, I left with more positives than negatives, thanks to the stunning scenery and some friendly staff.
